Pharaoh's Bites is a home kitchen in Dallas, TX, run by an Egyptian family who wanted to share the food they grew up cooking. There's no dining room, no storefront and no walk-in counter — every order is cooked to order and sent straight to you.
Every dish on the menu is 100% plant-based — no meat, chicken or fish — made with the same recipes and the same care as if it were for our own table.

Nothing at Pharaoh's Bites was invented in a test kitchen. Every dish came from family recipes, made the same way at home for years before we ever sold a single order.
Handcrafted
Paper-thin layers, not one of them optional
Feteer meshaltet is a test. The dough is rested, then stretched by hand — not rolled — until it's paper-thin. It's folded with homemade butter between every layer, and the moment it's rushed you can taste it.
